2 cups almonds (or other nuts)
2 tsp salt (I took flower salt)
❦
bake the almonds in the preheated (170 degrees C) oven for 10min
mix it with salt and cool it down
3 cups dates (stoned)
2 cups dried coconut flakes
1 tbsp agave syrup (or honey)
optional: dark chocolate (I love 85%) and some pieces of coconut flakes as toppings
❦
mix everything except the dark chocolate in a strong blender (for 3 min)
press it in a springform pan and put it in the fridge for half an hour
optional: melt the chocolate in the preheated (60 degrees C) oven
top the dough with the melted chocolate or the pieces of coconut flakes
some medjool dates
some walnuts (I also love pecan or almonds)
dark chocolate
pieces of nuts as a topping
❦
fill the dates with the walnuts
melt the chocolate in the preheated oven (60 degrees C)
top the dates with the melted chocolate and the pieces of nuts
That's the easiest snack I know. If you suddenly feel like eating something sweet, all you need is dates and almondbutter. (I always have the selfmade, as above, in the cupboard, but you can also buy one - watch out, that you buy an organic one, without added sugar.)
some medjool dates
some almondbutter
❦
fill the dates with the almondbutter
a watermelon
some almondbutter
some other fruits and pieces of almonds and raw chocolate
❦
cut a slice watermelon
spread it with almondbutter
top it with other fruits and the pieces of almonds and raw chocolate
cut it in "pizza-pieces"
an apple (or other fruits like bananas, pears...)
some almondbutter
some other fruits and pieces of almonds and raw chocolate
❦
cut the apple
spread the slices with almondbutter
top it with other fruits and the pieces of almonds and raw chocolate
some apples
dark chocolate (I love 85%)
❦
cut the apples in pieces and let them dry in the preheated (50 degrees C) oven
melt the chocolate in the oven (60 degrees C)
dip the dried apples in the chocolate
some veggies
1 avocado
1 tsp native olive oil
some salt and pepper
❦
cut all the veggies
mash the avocado with a fork (or in a blender) and add the olive oil, salt and pepper
place the veggies and the guacamole (mashed avocado) decorativly on a plate

Dear Abdulrahman Al-Qaissi
Till now I always left starch or corn flour away, I didn't substitute it. All the recipes I tried worked without it!

What should I use as a healthy substitute of starch or corn flour?
