Welcome to my homepage - thanks for visiting it! I want to share my favorite plantbased recipes with you.
They're simple and easy to prepare, full of vitamins and antioxidants, and - the most important - delicious.
As often as I can, I take veggies from our garden or buy organic ones from the farmer next door or from supermarkets.
I cut out all meat and fish, dairies, refined sugar, gluten, chemicals and additives, instead opting for whole foods and fresh, organic produce.
The food, we eat, impacts our wellbeing, not just on a cellular level, but on a whole life level - how we feel, how much energy we have, how strong we are. Food should make your tummy feel good. It should make your insides feel smooth, should make your head feel clear. If not, it's time for a change.
Give your body the best food possible, full of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. Drink enough water. Go for walks and find a sport you love. Admire the magic of our mother nature, seize every day, laugh as much as possible, enjoy the moments with your familiy and friends, believe in yourself and live your life.

Till now I always left starch or corn flour away, I didn't substitute it. All the recipes I tried worked without it!
